My Story.
My Mission.
Trevor Tom is the owner of Live Athlete Strong. Trevor brings his 20+ years experience as a strength coach, trainer, and educator to developing and executing results driven programming, coaching, and training. His perspective and knowledge aims to elevate overall health, ability, and potential of the individual.
Throughout his time in the industry Trevor has worked as a strength coach for high level sports training facilities, competitive soccer clubs, and even Co-Owned successful Personal Training Company where he has been able to serve hundreds of professional, collegiate, high school, youth athletes, and active individuals alike. Through most of Trevor’s career he maintained a dual role as a soccer coach and sports performance specialist which provided him a unique perspective to not just train but to educate as well. As a coach, he was able to develop leadership characteristics which provided another component to his “quiet strength” character.
Trevor’s innermost passion is in mentoring and serving others. He inspires clients, athletes, and groups to live out their “inner athlete” not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. Trevor always strives to find the ‘competitive character’ with every individual or group to help them reach their goals. He strongly believes that success lies within the 4 D’s – Desire, Dedication, Determination, and Discipline.
Originally from Thousand Oaks, CA Trevor now resides in Denver, CO where he lives with his wife, Casey(who as a Professional Nutrition Coach keeps his energy high with the “good” foods), his daughter Jojo(who is his inspiration to stay young, athletic, and strong), and his two boys Oso and Charlie(Furbabies). Trevor enjoys the outdoors and loves to do just about everything – Mountain Biking, Hiking, Snowboarding, Photography, Disc Golf, Golf, Soccer, Videography, Etc……. Trevor’s favorite quote is “Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best you are capable of becoming.” John Wooden
